Handmade & Traditional Products

Our products are handmade or traditionally produced in Chefchaouen, Morocco. As a result, slight variations in color, texture, finish, and small details may occur. These natural differences are part of authentic craftsmanship and are not considered defects.

Orders & Production

Many items are produced or prepared after an order is placed. Standard production time is 7–10 business days. If production time must change for any reason, we will contact you before shipping.

Pricing & Payments

Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the website and may be updated at any time. Orders are processed only after full payment is received.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide from Chefchaouen, Morocco using reliable carriers. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, local carrier conditions, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Case Resolution

Returns and refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis due to the handmade nature of our products. Damaged or incorrect orders must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
