Handmade Nature of Products

All products sold on Made in Chefchaouen are handcrafted or traditionally made. As a result, slight variations in color, texture, size, or detailing are natural and are not considered defects.

Orders & Production

Most items are produced after an order is placed. Standard production time is 7–10 business days. If production timing changes, we will contact you before shipping.

Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in the currency shown on the website. Payments must be completed in full before an order is processed. We reserve the right to update prices at any time.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide from Chefchaouen, Morocco. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing or local carrier conditions.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns & Damage

Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis due to the handmade nature of our products. If an item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
